  • Click on the “Registered Projects” option in the drop-down menu. The user will be redirected to an external RERA website to view the MahaRERA registered projects.  

One can also enter the MahaRERA registration number of the project to view it online on the MahaRERA website. 

How to check for registered agents on the MahaRERA website? 

One can also visit the MahaRERA website to search for registered real estate brokers or agents in Maharashtra. Below are the steps to do so: 

  • Go to the MahaRERA website < https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in/ > and click on the “Registration” tab in the topmost section. 
  • Click on the “Registered Real Estate Agents” option in the drop-down menu. The user will be redirected to an external RERA website to view the MahaRERA registered agents. 
  • One can also enter the agent’s name or agent registration number to search for his or her details on the MahaRERA website.

Apart from raising complaints and viewing the MahaRERA project details, one can also use the Maharashtra RERA website to check if there is a change of promoter for a housing project, see projects whose RERA registration has been revoked by the committee, and report unregistered projects.  

As a builder, one can use the MahaRERA website to register the housing projects built by them in Maharashtra.
