One can visit the MahaRERA website to view all projects registered under the RERA Act in Maharashtra. This feature can greatly help buyers looking for a new house in the state. Below are the steps to view all MahaRERA registered projects through the MahaRERA website: 

  • Click on the “Registered Projects” option in the drop-down menu. The user will be redirected to an external RERA website to view the MahaRERA registered projects.  

One can also enter the MahaRERA registration number of the project to view it online on the MahaRERA website. 

How to check for registered agents on the MahaRERA website? 

One can also visit the MahaRERA website to search for registered real estate brokers or agents in Maharashtra. Below are the steps to do so:
